There is only one core standing, the final core.

Defend it and Survive.

GAMEPLAY

Shoot the gun by holding the Left Mouse Button or Space Bar.
The final core picks up anything laying around. Provided there is enough inventory space. The lumps are safely stored under the gun.
Clear debris using the Build Menu.
Click on the débris with the Right Mouse Button and click on the first icon (clear ruble) using again, the Right Mouse Button.
2 Lumps must be available and will be consumed.
The tile is now buildable
Build up to 4 types of structures using the Build Menu.
Click on the tile over the floor with the Right Mouse Button and hover over each icon to see their cost, name and effect.
Click on an icon using again, the Right Mouse Button to build.
Shoot to cancel.
Lumps must be available and will be consumed.
Shards need 4 Lumps to boost the gun's fire rate.
Mini-Turrets need 5 Lumps and auto-attack enemies in range.
Silos need 6 Lumps to improve the storage capacity.
Shields need 9 Lumps and protect an area until the shield is depleted.
The Shield will auto-consume Lumps to restore itself, provided they are available.
The amount of Lumps needed to restore the shield is displayed under it.
